Needham, MA-As the real estate market begins to show signs of improvement after its recent slump, local loan officer Justin Tulman has achieved recognition by closing over $41 million in loans in 2011, according to Origination News.

This is the third year that the industry focused periodical has compiled an annual list of the nation’s top producers.  Loan originators from across the country are invited to send in information on personal volume and number of loans closed which Origination News staff then compiles and organizes to produce the list.  This year a record total of 150 participated.
