Arrests: 2 Charged With Shoplifting

Aug. 1
10 p.m.: Nicholas Diaz, 20, of Dorchester, MA was arrested at the intersection of Hartford Street and Bowden Lane. He was charged with unlicensed operation, unsafe operation, and marked lanes violation. He also had an active warrant from the Boston District Court for failure to pay fines.
11:01 p.m.: Angelique Carter, 35 from Framingham was arrested at JC Penny in the Natick Mall. She was charged with shoplifting over $100 and conspiracy.
Anthony Horne, 25, from Framingham, was also arrested for shoplifting over $100, conspiracy and had an active warrant from the Framingham District Court for shoplifting.
