Arrests: Assault on Elderly With Dangerous Weapon

Friday, Nov. 9
10:52 a.m.: Officers arrested Kevin Roberts, 17, from 16 Brook St. in Natick on an unspecified court warrant while assisting another agency.
Saturday, Nov. 10
1:08 a.m.: State police reported a domestic dispute. Natick officers responded and arrested Andrew Mix, 28, from 11 Lake St. in Natick and charged him with assault and battery on someone 60 or older/disabled with injury and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a chair).
3:10 a.m.: A caller reported a vehicle on the side of the road with an operator asleep at the wheel. Officers arrested Albert Welch, 23, from 628 Fiske St. in Holliston and charged him with OUI liquor, failure to stop for police and neglegent operation of a motor vehicle.
8:53 p.m.: Loss prevention at the Natick Mall reported two individuals using credit cards that are not theirs. Officers arrested Mark Nezrab, 28 from 1645 Highland Circle in Fairfield, California and charged him with four counts of credit card fraud over $250, four counts of larceny over $250, four counts of forgery of a document, four counts of uttering a false document, two counts of identity fraud, two counts of forging/misusing a RMV document and receiving stolen property over $250.
