Arrests: OUI Liquor

Wednesday, Sept. 26
2:29 a.m.: After a motor vehicle stop, officers arrested Jorge Cruz, 22, from 37 Hill Tower Rd. in Framingham and charged him with OUI liquor and marked lanes violation.
