Arrests: Sex Offender Fails to Register, Northface Jackets Stolen
The following information was provided by the Natick Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.
Monday, Oct. 1
12:20 p.m.: Natick Police tried to locate a male who failed to register as a sex offender. Officers later arrested Joseph Flynn, 59, from 5 Forest Ave. in Ashland and charged him with failing to register as a sex offender.
9:09 p.m.: A caller at Macys in the Natick Mall reported detaining two female shoplifters. Officers arrested Kelsey Bergeron, 20 from 114 Rich St. in Gardner and charged her with larceny over $250 and conspiracy.
Officers also arrested Lindsey Fazio, 20, from 393 Temple St. in Gardner and charged her with Larceny over $250 and conspiracy.
The two women allegedly took three Northface jackets valued at $419.
