Social Media Saturday is a weekly feature in which Natick Patch highlights some of what people shared on Facebook and other media in the past week.

We'll also point you to some new and interesting pages you may not know about.

Each week the Natick Patch scours Facebook in search of the page that sings about Natick. We then dub it our social media page of the week. This week's winner came to us from a loyal reader; proof that if you tell us you exist, we'll give you a shout-out. This week's winner is, drum roll, please... Kids Connect. Kids Connect has 43 loyal followers and is a non-profit tutoring program serving the youth of Natick. Right now they are sharing a link to a free event happening this weekend. Check them out.

Your Town on Social Media

Social media was hopping this week. It was a great week for Natick locals. We featured a story about Chef Daniel Bojorquez who won Food Network's Chopped! This is a great honor and comes with a $10,000 prize. We shared his success both on Facebook and at Natick.patch.com. Check the story out.
