Police responded to the report of an erratic operator on East Evergreen Road. Edward J. Sennott Jr., of 27 Golden Ball Rd., Weston, MA, was charged with OUI (second offense), leaving the scene of property damage in an accident, possession of an open container of alcohol as well as assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after he allegedly kicked a police officer in the thigh, police said. Police  responded to the report of an erratic operator on East Evergreen Road. Edward J. Sennott Jr., of 27 Golden Ball Rd., Weston, MA, was charged with OUI (second offense), leaving the scene of property damage in an accident, possession of an open container of alcohol as well as assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after he allegedly kicked a police officer in the thigh, police said.
Robert J. Herring, 44, of 21 Village Rock Lane 4 was arrested for an alleged restraining order violation.
Ryan P. Kelley, 27, of 34 Chubb Rd., Framingham, was charged with OUI second offense and a marked lanes volation after allegedly hitting another car traveling on Route 9, knocking it into the jersey barrier.
Natick Police  responded to the report of an unwanted person who would not leave at 11 Woodbine Rd., Apt. 1. Alan Wayne Chevrette, 57, of 412 Wellons Dr. Apt. P, Gastonia, NC, reportedly had a default warrant out for allegedly failing to comply with his probation, according to police.
A resident on Algonquian Drive called Natick Police  to report a disturbance in front of a neighbors house. Nicole D. Sherman, 22, of 55 Algonquian Dr. was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon (a knife) and assault and battery, according to police.
A motor vehicle crash at 148 East Central St. resulted in the arrest of Douglas Jordao Dossantos, 28, of 333 Bishop St., Framingham. Dossantos reportedly had a warrant out from Lowell District Court for allegedly failing to report to jury duty, police said.
