Police responded to the report of an erratic operator on East Evergreen Road. Edward J. Sennott Jr., of 27 Golden Ball Rd., Weston, MA, was charged with OUI (second offense), leaving the scene of property damage in an accident, possession of an open container of alcohol as well as assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after he allegedly kicked a police officer in the thigh, police said.
