Motor Vehicle Stop Leads to Arrest

Friday, Feb. 15
1:24 a.m.: Natick Police made a motor vehicle stop near the Wendy's on West Central St. Frederico Desa Costa, 31, of 15 Oriole Ave., Framingham was arrested and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, second offense oui liquor and not having a license in possession.
