Oh My: Mailbox Assault, Strange Theft
We report the odd and unusual news across the region.
There are public restrooms at Wal-Mart. No need to go in the parking lot.
Northborough police put out a "be on the lookout" notice just after 4:30 p.m. one day this week for a man who had allegedly urinated in view of a mother and daughter in the Wal-Mart parking lot.
Mailbox assaulted by kitchen appliance
In Hopkinton this week, police responded for the report someone had thrown a toaster at a resident's mailbox.
And the odd theft award of the week goes to:
The at-large villain who broke into a Milford resident's vehicle overnight, stealing, among other things, a Milford Legion baseball t-shirt.
LOUD NOISES!!
(The subheadline above is a reference to one of my favorite movies, Anchorman.)
Now that I have that out of my system: on to our tidbit from Shrewsbury this week. A resident reported to police that a female neighbor was making "loud noises" in an attempt to scare her.

Remember, urinating in public can get you on the sex offenders list..... Except when the police do it... Even in front of a woman
>>Runnals testified during the trial that she had confronted Brown about urinating on the property. She said she did not see a gun or hear Brown threaten her husband.>>
