4. TCAN PRESENTS:SEBASTIAN BAVERSTAM, cello and CONSTANTINE FINEHOUSE, piano
WHERE/WHEN: Center for the Arts in Natick-Sunday at 7 p.m.
WHY GO: Sebastian Baverstam, winner of 2009 Concert Artists Guild Competition and Constantine Finehouse whose fourth CD, "Backwards Glance," featuring music of Brahms and Beaudoin was recently released by Spice Rack records, will perform sonatas for cello and piano by Brahms and Debussy. The program will also feature several solo compositions and to include Baverstam's own "Variations on Frère Jacques" for solo cello and Chopin's Ballade in A-flat Major, Op. 47 for piano.
