Days after Irene uprooted trees and tore power lines to the ground, the following roads are still closed or have limited access at this time, according to the town:

• Connecticut Avenue (at Maine Avenue)
• Edgewood Road (at Colburn Road)
• Elwin Road
• Felch Road
• Fischer Street
• Lakewood Road
• Lincoln Street (South Natick)
• Pond Street
• Prime Park Way
• Purrington Road
• Ranger Road
• Reynolds Avenue
• Rockland Street
• Russell Circle
• South Street
• Sundance Way
• Thompson Court
• Water Street
• Wheeler Lane (at Hampshire Drive) and Windsor Avenue (at Eastleigh Lane)

Many trees around town are still hanging or ready to topple. Anyone who spots a tree that appears to be dangerous, is asked to call the Department of Public Works at 508-647-6550. The town warns that many of the wires are still live and no one should touch them.
