Just before 9 p.m. Sunday night a person was shot at 218 Beaver St. in Framingham. A report says the victim has life threatening injuries, with a gun shot wound to the upper back.

A medical helicopter was requested. It was expected to land at the Framingham Department of Public Works landing zone, off Loring Drive.

The suspect, described as a white male, is reported  to have fled the scene in a silver or grey Dodge motor vehicle, with a male driver, headed towards Waverly Street. The weapon is reported to be a 9mm automatic gun.

Massachusetts State Police and Framingham Police are on the scene. Sherborn and Natick Police have been notified of the vehicle sought.
