The Met to Appear on Food Network's 'Chef Wanted'
Viewing parties will be held at Met restaurant locations in Natick, Chestnut Hill, Back Bay, Dedham and Nantucket.
The latest Boston appearance on the Food Network will come this Thursday when Met Back Bay will be featured on the new show "Chef Wanted" with Anne Burrell.
According to an email sent by The Met, viewing parties will be held at all Met restaurant locations, including the spot at the Natick Mall.
"Chef Wanted" is the latest competition show out of Food Network. It features four chefs (selected by Burrell) who compete for the executive chef position at a restaurant.
Kathy Sidell, owner of the Met restaurant group, will appear in the episode alongside Burrell. The two will ask the chef candidates to create a signature burger for the 200-seat restaurant, among other challenges.
The show and viewing parties start Thursday at 10 p.m., according to the email.
