Maynard was one of the best places to live. Are they serious? Or the town is paying someone to say so....

Natick is a great place to live. I love it - but it's no Marblehead.

Reasonable taxes & home prices even though it is surrounded by 5 of the top ten most expensive towns in MA, great schools, convenient to shopping, convenient to Boston by car or train, and nice people.

Agree with Brett and would add a strong sense of community inspired by an active town common, excellent farmers market, family events, artistic and musical resources including TCAN and Walnut Hill, and general walk ability.
Could use a few more dining and nightlife options, and an aesthetic facelift to a few businesses and residences around the center.

Good point on the need for face lifts to businesses and residences around the center. Natick should have an incentive program to encourage this.

I think Natick is very well managed by town administration. Great job harnessing revenue from commercial development while keeping a vital Natick Ctr and town feel
