 , MA\nDr. Michael F. Dorsey earned his Ph.D. in psychology\, with a spec
 ialization in applied behavior analysis\, from Western Michigan Universi
 ty\, Kalamazoo\, Michigan in 1979. Dr. Dorsey is a Board Certified Behav
 ior Analyst and a licensed psychologist and Director of Clinical Service
 s in the Mental Retardation Division of the Vinfen Corporation in Cambri
 dge\, Massachusetts and a Visiting Professor in the Masters of Education
  in Special Needs and Behavioral Studies in the Van Loan School of Gradu
 ate and Professional Studies at Endicott College. Dr. Dorsey is the Foun
 ding President of the Greater Boston Association for Behavior Analysis\,
  now Massachusetts ABA. During his career\, Dr. Dorsey has had the uniqu
 e privilege to serve on the faculty of several prestigious universities 
 and colleges including The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. 
 He is an author/co-author of many professional publications\, including 
 participating in the development of the Functional Analysis/Assessment m
 ethodology. Currently Dr. Dorsey spends much of his professional time co
 nducting Independent Educational Evaluations for parents and school dist
 ricts.
