STEPHEN R. ANDERSON, Ph.D., CEO Summit Ed. Resources, Getzville, NY
Dr. Anderson received his Ph.D in Developmental and Child Psychology from the University of Kansas in 1982. As a licensed psychologist, Dr. Anderson has worked in the field of developmental disabilities for more than 30 years, including 14 years at The May Institute in Boston. Currently, he is CEO of Summit Educational Resources, a human service agency with a staff of more than 500 professionals who provide educational services and family support to 1700 children and young adults with autism and related developmental disabilities.
In addition to his activities at Summit, Dr. Anderson has served in advisory and director positions with many national professional associations and service agencies and has published many book articles and professional journals throughout his career. He also has provided clinical consultations to more than 40 school districts, both national and internationally.
