Summertime Concert with the Golden Tones
Let the Golden Tones kick off the summer season and raise your spirits with a
sing-along concert. The Golden Tones chorus creates programs of good time-music and lively dancing, choosing from the best-loved songs since the turn of the 20th
century. Now in its twenty-third season, this lively and enthusiastic senior chorus performs over 50 live concerts a year at facilities, schools, community centers and public events. For a sneak preview visit them online at www.goldentones.org.
More About Morse Institute Library
The Morse Institute Library was built in the heart of town in 1873, after Natick resident Mary Ann Morse donated her estate to its creation. The red brick gothic style building has since been given a few modern touches. The collection has grown over the years, filling the library with row after row of around 175,000 books, books on tape, compact discs, CD-ROMs, magazines, DVDs, children's kits and cassettes. Stop by for a quick read, spend the day curled up in the comfortable chairs or do research and study at one of the many tables. The library offers free and reduced admission passes to nearby venues such as the Boston Children's Museum, Discovery Museum, New England Aquarium, Zoo New England and more.
