3 Natick Residents Receive Dean's List Honors at Roger Williams

Here are 5 things to know today in Natick.

1. The following Natick residents are among those named to the Roger Williams University Dean's List for the Fall 2013 semester: 

  • Abigail Rosen, majoring in accounting;
  • Max Plasker, majoring in engineering;
  • Evelyn Behrends, majoring in psychology.
Full-time students who complete 12 or more credits per semester and earn a GPA of 3.4 or higher are placed on the Dean's List that semester.

2. It's Brown Family Day at the Worcester Sharks hockey game on March 2 at 3 p.m. Come support the fourth-graders as they sing the National Anthem before the game. Order forms are coming via red folders soon. Tickets cost $15 and are due by Feb. 12. Any questions, contact Karen Cunningham at ender8198@rcn.com.

3. It's "Heart Campaign" time again at Johnson School. The purpose of this campaign is two-fold:
  • Raise school spirit and have fun;
  • Raise funds for the PTO.  
The "Hearts" and donation envelope will be going home in the backpacks the next couple of days. All decorated hearts and donations envelopes must be back at school on Wednesday, Feb. 12. Additional information can be found on the Heart flyer going home.

 Early light snow on Cape Cod then clearing skies. becoming partly sunny after some early morning clouds for teh rest of us. Still cold with highs from 22-27.

Thursday:
 Mostly sunny. A little milder with highs in the mid 30s. 

Friday: 
Mostly cloudy. Still mild with temps from 35-40.
