Johnson School Without Heat Until Installation of New Boiler Completed

Here are 5 things to know today in Natick.

1. Johnson School had many capital improvements this year.  One included the installation of a new boiler, which has yet to be completed. Until it is done, the school does not have heat, Principal Karen Ghilani said in an email blast. "Your student may want to keep a sweatshirt in their backpacks in case their classroom is chilly," she said. "We anticipate the new boilers to be ready to go next week."

2. The Natick SEPAC (Special Education Parent Advisory Council) will hold its first meeting on Oct. 24 from 7-9 p.m. at Town Hall. See flyer in the VB for more details.

3. Natick Pride Day is Oct. 11. Students are encouraged to wear any town team jersey on this day.
