Tobin School Student Has Debate Answer Published in Magazine

Here are 5 things to know today in Natick.

1. A fourth-grade student at The Tobin School recently had his response to a debate question, "Should All Field Trips be Educational?" published in Time for Kids, Edition 3-4, Year in Pictures issue (Vol. 4, No. 12, Dec. 13, 2014).  

An editor from Time contacted Kyan MacLeod's teacher, Ellen Fitzgerald, in late November with the news.

Kyan, who just turned 10, is in his fourth year at Tobin School.  

"We couldn't be more proud of our published author," said Head of School Lori Davis.
   
Time for Kids publishes student magazines at varying grade levels. 

2. Saint Paul’s Choir School in Harvard Square recently announced its first term honor roll. Among those honored was Natick resident Christopher Glynn, who is in the seventh grade.
