French Fry Heaven Comes to Natick Mall Food Court

Freedom fries, frites, potato strips — whatever you call them, French fries are one of the world’s most delectable menu items. Until now, their true splendors have lied untapped, as some regarded them as only a lowly side dish. Local entrepreneurs Aramis Jordan and William Choate are helping to give gourmet fries the credit they deserve, with a menu dedicated to the dish, by opening a French Fry Heaven in Natick, MA.  

The eatery, which is open to the public at 11 a.m. on Monday, August 12, will be serving its spuds to all fry fans at the Natick mall (1245 Worcester St.) French Fry Heaven Natick plans to give away buy one get one free coupons to all those who stop by the week of the opening, while supplies last.

French Fry Heaven features gourmet French fries in more than 50 different flavors and is sure to become engrained into the Natick food scene. Jordan and Choate are the owners of eight Edible Arrangements locations throughout Central Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and were named the brand’s 2010 franchisees of the year. The business partners know a promising business opportunity when they see one and immediately jumped at the opportunity to become part of the dynamic French Fry Heaven franchise brand. Customers can choose from the most popular menu item – Belgian style fries topped with Garlic Parmesan with Black Truffle salt, or opt for something sweet such as the Festival, which dresses up sweet potato fries with delicious toppings that make the snack taste just like a funnel cake. All the fries are cooked hot and fresh and served in a cone, traditional to how fries are served in Europe. The fries are made with zero trans-fat and cooked in gluten-free oil making them less greasy than typical French fries without sacrificing taste. The menu is 98 percent vegetarian and contains the only commercially available gluten-free sweet potato fries in the world.

There are four French Fry Heaven locations open and operating in Florida and 69 additional locations in the pipeline to open this year throughout Texas, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Georgia, New Jersey and New York.
