Become a trained Patient Navigator! Upcoming training on 3/10 & 3/17 from 9a-12p. As a Patient Navigator you can help older adults get the medical care they need while reducing the stress often associated with medical appointments. Volunteer Patient Navigators are trained to work with older adults to prepare for, and accompany them to, their medical appointments. At the appointment, the Patient Navigator helps facilitate communication between the patient and health care provider and records a summary of the information discussed. If you are interested in becoming a trained Patient Navigator, please call JFS in Framingham (508-875-3100 x110) or apply now: http://www.jfsmweldercare.org/%3Cfront%3E/healthy-aging
