Walnut Hill School for the Arts Announces its National Dance Audition Tour Dates

Natick, MA – Aspiring dancers across the country will have the unique opportunity to audition for Walnut Hill School for the Arts’ prestigious summer and high school dance programs.

Walnut Hill representatives will be in Natick for local auditions on Saturday, January 11 and Saturday, January 25, 2014:

Saturday, January 11 & 25, 2014 - Walnut Hill School for the Arts

Registration (ages 10-13): 11:00am – 12:00pm

Audition (ages 10-13): 12:00pm – 1:30pm

Registration (ages 14-17): 12:30pm – 1:30pm

Audition (ages 14-17): 1:30pm – 3:00pm

Students who wish to audition for the 2014-2015 Dance Program, Summer Dance 2014 or Summer Youth Dance 2014 may attend either of the auditions listed above. Pre-registration is not required, but is encouraged. Taught by world-renowned dance educators, Walnut Hill’s high school dance curriculum is a pre-professional training program designed to develop strength and flexibility through a pure classical technique. In addition to the year-round dance curriculum, Walnut Hill offers a five-week Summer Dance program for dancers ages 13 to 17, and a three-week Summer Youth Dance program for dancers ages 10 to 13. Students in any of the programs may choose to board or to attend as day students. Financial aid is available for the high school program and scholarships are available for both summer programs.
