How to start to eat healthy
To start your journey is never as easy as it looks. Start with small steps, change comes slowly. Think about what you are eating, talk to it, ask: What are you giving me? If the answer is protein and fiber. Very little sugar and empty calories go ahead eat it. If not ask why are you eating? Can I make a better choice? Am I really hungry or am I thirsty?
