Weekend eating

We all say that we will start our healthy eating on Monday. Stop now is the time to start. You have to learn how to eat on the weekends sometime and now is the best time to start. You can really eat anything you want as long as you know when to stop. You really want to eat that cake. Well eat that cake, have the first bite, taste the it feel the texture in your mouth enjoy it. Take the second bite, let your brain enjoy the fact that you are eating this wonderful cake. Then throw the rest away. Yes you read it right, throw out the rest. You have power over that cake it doesn't have power over you. After the first two bites you really don't enjoy it as much as the first two. You got the cake feeling out o your mind you had it, you don't have to eat everything in sight because you deprived  yourself of the one thing you really wanted, and you showed yourself you had power over the food. Good job keep on going and have a wonderful weekend my friend.
