Brothers Marketplace to Open in Neighboring Weston May 18

The innovative market will emphasize unique offerings in prepared foods, baked goods, seasonal and exotic produce, meats, cheeses and packaged foods from local producers.

Roche Bros. announced the opening of Brothers Marketplace in Weston. 

A next generation neighborhood market, Brothers Marketplace focuses heavily on fresh foods and regional artisan products while also offering all the favorites needed for a full grocery shopping experience. Brothers Marketplace offers the community a fresh new shopping experience to eat, drink and shop local. The new store located in Weston Center at 41 Center St., will open on May 18, 2014.

Roche Bros. Supermarkets was founded by two brothers, Pat and Bud Roche in 1952 and Brothers Marketplace is a next-generation offering, brought to the local communities by Pat’s sons and current owners Rick and Ed Roche. Brothers Marketplace brings an innovative approach to food, with a nod to the legacy of small neighborhood markets from long ago while harnessing today’s passion and enthusiasm for fresh, local products and a farmer’s market-like flair.

The innovative market will emphasize unique offerings in prepared foods, baked goods, seasonal and exotic produce, meats, cheeses and packaged foods from local producers. Shoppers who visit the marketplace can expect to indulge in a culinary experience, tasting an array of seasonal foods. The delicious foods will truly be the highlight, with passionate artisans on hand for discussion and input from local community members.

Brothers Marketplace provides busy customers the ability to grab-and-go items quickly while also offering an experiential setting for lingering and savoring. Brothers Marketplace in Weston will be open from Monday through Saturday (7 a.m. to 9 p.m.) and Sundays (8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
