posted a video on its Facebook page of a theft of a purse from the worth $2,495.
"Video is not as clear as we like, but ... On Saturday July 28 the pictured suspect cut the sensor wire and ran off with a $2,495 purse. Once outside he was picked up by a 2003 Mercedes (black) registered to a Newton resident. The vehicle was queried by more than a dozen law enforcement agencies in the last few months," wrote Natick Police on its Facebook page.
The "black male suspect has a noticeable anatomical issue with his left eye. It was described by witnesses as, ‘milky’. We’re guessing somebody out there knows just who this guy is without the benefit of a close up image," wrote Natick Police on its Facebook page.
Anyone that can assist with the identification is asked to contact the Natick Police Department Detective Division at: 508-647-9520.
