The Wellesley College Club’s talented chefs will create a bountiful meal from certified-organic vegetables and fruits grown by NCOF; humanely-raised, organically-fed, NCOF-reared meats; and NCOF honey and maple syrup. Dinner will also feature cheese, fish, beer, wine and produce from other local and organic Massachusetts food producers. Last year’s menu featured a cheese course made up entirely of Massachusetts-made cheeses, fresh locally-caught fish and oysters, NCOF turkey and pork, and desserts made of locally-grown fruits.

Throughout the Harvest Dinner, guests will have the opportunity to bid on select auction items in live and silent auctions, including stays at environmentally-friendly inns, gift certificates to restaurants that support local farms, spa packages, and a number of other environmentally friendly and locally made products.  Dave Becker, owner of Sweet Basil Restaurant of Needham, will serve as our dinner host and auctioneer.
