Race Setting Up for Natick Public Schools Committee

After Tuesday's deadline to submit nomination papers for the March 25 Annual Town Election, Natick residents will have a choice as to whether the School Committee will have new faces.

According to the Town Clerk's office, incumbents Dirk Coburn and Amy Mistrot, the chair and vice chair, respectively, will be challenged by hopefuls Timothy Kelley and Michael Dempsey. 

The only other contested race will be for Board of Health, as incumbent Ian Wong will face challenger Robert Canning.

Some Town Meeting seats are also to be filled this year.

Deadline for nomination papers for new candidates is Feb. 4. Deadline for incumbents is Jan. 28.
