Our musical guest, Christopher Cross, is a legend in adult contemporary. A pioneer of easy ballads, Cross helped define an entire generation of singer-songwriters in the 1980s. With songs like “Sailing,” “Ride Like the Wind,” and “Arthur’s Theme (Best That You Can Do),” Cross shaped pop music and smooth listening for many of us.
