offering a 60 min circuit style fitness class designed to enhance your overall
fitness through a combination of cardio and endurance based strength training
The class is open to adults of all ages, genders, fitness levels, and ability levels.
are lead by Physical Therapists and are designed to maximize your safety with
the goal of:
· increasing strength
· improving flexibility
· preventing injuries
· having FUN!!
Our therapists are trained to be aware of your specific
impairments or injuries and adapting the program to meet your needs, ensuring
your safety and wellness.
