Free Playful muscle conditioning/flexibility class

This one hour class


will work on all aspects of fitness to improve your wellbeing and overall


functioning. The class will include flexibility noodle sessions, cardio



breathing, chair arm and leg strengthening with stretch bands, light weights



and balance work. Every class will be different.   The


class will be led by Joanne Schmalenberger, Natick’s well known fitness


instructor with  over 34 years of



experience.
