Nancy J. Higgins, 65

Nancy J. (Harrington) Higgins, age 65, a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and sister, died early Monday morning, Jan. 6, 2014, at Briarwood Healthcare in Needham after a long illness. She was the devoted wife of John T. Higgins for 44 years.

She is survived by John; their children, J. David Higgins and wife Kerri of Westminster, Elizabeth A. Higgins of Boston, and Brendan T. Higgins and wife Molly of Wakefield; her grandson, Conor; four brothers, John F. Harrington of Maryland, Jeffrey C. Harrington and wife Karen of Maine, Richard L. Harrington and wife Betsy of Maryland, and Brian T. Harrington and wife Kathleen of Westford; and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Linus Church, 119 Hartford Street, Natick, on Saturday, January 11th at 9:00a.m. Burial will follow at Saint Patrick Cemetery.

Visiting hours will be at the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street at Natick Common, Natick, on Friday 4 – 7p.m.
