Neil C. Carter of Natick died on Sunday at his home surrounded by his loving family, according to the Boston Herald. He was 89.
He resided in Natick since 1958.

He was a member of the First Congregational Church of Natick, Aleppo Shrine of Boston and Appalachian 4,000-footer club.
