Born in Framingham he was the son of the late Ju L. Yin and Ngshee Ju.

He is survived by three children, Nicole Ju of Lowell, Mitchell of Boston, Eric Paquette of Los Angeles, CA.
Funeral service on Thursday, Nov. 7, at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park St., at Natick Common.
