dog noise

Is there any policy on barking dogs in the Natick neighborhoods?  There are two dogs near us who bark the entire time they are outside, even sometimes at 11pm.  It really disturbs a lot of our neighbors as well.  We are just wondering if there is anything that can be done about it.
