Natick Based Food Truck, Trolley Dogs to Participate in This Weekend's Holiday Arts & Eats Festival

We are just 3 days away from the launch of the weekend-long Holiday Arts & Eats Festival taking place at Somerville’s Assembly Row and we are pleased to announce that Trolley Dogs based out of Natick is amongst the 20 trucks participating in the weekend event! Trolley Dogs will be serving up their specialty hot dogs; you can choose from several different varieties including Tex Mex, a Chicago Dog and The New Yorker. They are always cooked to perfection on a tasty grilled bun. This will be the area’s first-ever winter Food Truck festival, in conjunction with an artisan market, and more.

Friday night, December 6th, will be a 21+ only evening called “Holiday Arts & Eats After Dark,” featuring multiple bar areas with beer and gluhwein (hot wine), live bands and DJ, in addition to the Food Trucks and artisan market. Friday night admission is $10.

Saturday and Sunday, December 7th-8th is more of the Food Trucks, artisan market, Santa and an array of kid’s activities all day from 11am-6pm. Special “early” VIP entry costs $15 from 11am-12pm for shorter lines, and regular admission from 12pm-6pm costs $5 and is free for children 12 and under.

Holiday Arts & Eats is also partnering with the Greater Boston Food Bank. There will be a food drive area set up for the duration of the event for anyone to donate to help those less fortunate. Food items must be sealed and non-perishable.

A full schedule of the happenings each day can be found online at www.assemblyrow.com/events and advance admission tickets can be purchased online at www.holidayartsandeats.eventbrite.com. Admission tickets can also be purchased at the event for cash only but ATMs will be on site.

Assembly Row is easily accessible by car with on-and-off access from I-93 via exit 28 and exit 29, on Route 28, and via public transportation with both Sullivan Square and Wellington Circle stations are both less than a mile away. Free parking is available.
