Great ASSIST at Pegan Cove

Hi Friends of Natick Trails, Yesterday (Sun., 11/3) we got a great Assist from Matt Carriker and the InterFaith Youth Ministry Program.  Matt is the Protestant Chaplain at Brandeis, and formerly worked as Assistant Pastor of the Eliot Church (South Natick).  He has helped me on numerous initiatives the past three years (Pegan Cove, Coolidge Hill, Eisenmenger Trail, etc.).  I loaned him some trail tools and his group cut back bittersweet ("resprouts") throughout the woodland and along the shore, cleaned and picked up glass at the "fire pit" and Sport Bike Areas.  Huge improvement; we deeply appreciate their efforts.  --Pat
