ARREST: North Brookfield Man Faces Numerous Assault Charges
The Natick Police Department supplied the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.
Daryl Eugene Cooper, 51, of Framingham, was arrested at 1:23 p.m. on April 30, and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, uninsured motor vehicle, attaching plates not assigned to a motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, and receiving a stolen credit card. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Oak and Worcester streets. In February, according to a post on Patch, Cooper was arrested on a warrant in Framingham.
Joseph Elliott Bent, 38, of North Brookfield, was arrested at 7:37 p.m. on April 30, and charged with violation of an abuse prevention order, aggravated assault and battery, resisting arrest, assault and battery on a police officer, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, a shod foot. He was arrested on Bennett Street after police were called to a domestic dispute in progress. According to a post on Patch, Bent was arrested in April 2013, on violating an abuse prevention order, malicious/wanton damage/defacement to property, and assault with a dangerous weapon charges, at the same location in Natick.
