ARRESTS: Boston, Clinton Women Charged with Larceny
The Natick Police Department supplied the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.
Amanda L. Lapointe, 25, of Chestnut Street in Clinton, was arrested at 7:42 p.m. on May 16, on a larceny over $250 charge. She was arrested at J.C. Penny on Worcester Street. Police were called to the store for a report of loss prevention detaining a woman for shoplifting. Police allege that she stole $470 worth of merchandise. According to only reports, Lapointe was arrested in May 2013, and charged with larceny over $250 and furnishing a false name/SSN in Leominster.
Ghania Tighza, 42, of Saratoga Street in Boston, was arrested at 4:47 p.m. on May 18, and charged with larceny over $250. Police were called to Macy’s on Worcester Street for a report of a woman shoplifting. Loss prevention employees allege that she stole $340.75 worth of merchandise.
