Arrests: Man Seeking Assistance Arrested for Active Warrant
The following information was provided by the Natick Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.
Friday, Aug. 31
9:23 a.m.: Police arrested a 16-year-old from the High School who had a CHINS warrant.
A CHINS warrant allows officers to take a child into custody who is in need of services, according to mass.gov.

8:53 p.m.: Officers arrested Chun Wei Lin, 19, from 26 Indian Pond Road in Westborough and charged him with larceny over $250, and two counts of receiving stolen property less than $250.

7:41 p.m.: Gregory Luperton, 24, from 19 Pearl Street in Natick walked into the Natick Police station looking for help with RMV papers. Officers arrested Luperton when they discovered there was a warrant out for his arrest.
The warrant was issued by the Framingham District court for open container, speeding and possession of fireworks.
Sunday, Sep. 2
12:50 p.m.: Officers arrested Andreia Lucas, 26, from 17 Reddy Ave. in Hyde Park and charged her with unlicensed operation and speeding.
9:57 p.m.: After a motor vehicle stop, officers arrested Derek Totaro, 29, from 2 Kingsbury Road in Medfield and charged him with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation.
