ARRESTS: Natick Man Charged After Vehicle Crash
The following information supplied by the Natick Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Dan Ray Cosby III, 22, of Allston, was arrested at 6:19 p.m. on April 11, on a operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license charge. He was arrested while driving on Mall Road.
Mark J. Wilcon, 50, of Natick, was arrested at 11:07 p.m. on April 11, on a probation violation default warrant. He was arrested at an apartment on Western Avenue. In December 2011, Wilcon reportedly led police on a car and foot chase after a traffic stop. He was later charged with OUI second offense and other driving charges, according to a post on Patch. In March 2013, he was arrested by police on a warrant, according to online reports.
Michael Charles Gardner, 33, of Natick, was arrested at 12:02 a.m. on April 12, and charged with OUI liquor and marked lanes violation. According to police, a tipster reported that there was a vehicle off the road, without injuries, on Pine Street. Police arrived and later, Gardner was arrested.
