ARRESTS: Natick Teen Uses Arizona Iced Tea Can During Assault

The Natick Police Department supplied the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.

A 17-year-old Natick resident from Walnut Street was arrested at 8:26 p.m. on June 6, and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

According to a Natick Police arrest report, an officer was sent to Parking Deck C at the Natick Mall on Worcester Street for a report of a male and female fighting in the parking garage. The teen was later arrested. Police allege that the dangerous weapon used during the assault was a 24-ounce can of AriZona Iced Tea.

Brian Michael Rieselman, 41, of Riverside Drive in Utica, NY, was arrested at 2:21 a.m. on June 7, and charged with assault and battery.

Police were called to the Monticello Motel on Worcester Street for a report of an domestic in one of the rooms. The parties were separated at the time officers arrived, with one of them located in the main lobby. Rieselman was later arrested.
