ARRESTS: Waltham Men Charged with Conspiracy, Shoplifting

The following information supplied by the Natick Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Ryan Harbor Smith, 18, of Waltham, and Sean Reynolds, 18, of Waltham, were both arrested at 3:55 p.m. on March 24, and charged with conspiracy and larceny over $250. Police were called to the J.C. Penney on Worcester Street for a shoplifting report. A loss prevention employee allegedly observed the two men “working together to conceal $306 in merchandise,” according to police.

Jenifer Lewis, 27, of Marlborough, was arrested at 8:56 p.m. on March 24, on default warrant. She was arrested after a motor vehicle stop outside the Asia Bistro on West Central Street. The warrant was out of Dedham District Court for unlicensed operation and having no inspection sticker.

Beth Z. Woernle, 47, of Natick, was arrested at 10:14 p.m. on March 24, on a default warrant. She was arrested at her apartment at the Castle Courtyard on East Central Street. The warrant was out of Wrentham District Court for larceny by check.
