Brookline Woman Nabbed on Shoplifting Charge in Natick

The following arrest information was supplied by the Natick Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A call to the Natick Police Department on Jan. 22 regarding a possible shoplifter resulted in the arrest of a Brookline woman.

According to the Natick police log, the call came in at 8:14 p.m. from the Neiman Marcus Loss Prevention Department on Speen Street.

After responding officers completed an investigation, Lilya Sheyfer, 47, of 50 Park St., Apt. 28, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250.

According to the police report, Sheyfer allegedly tried to shoplift $726 in merchandise.

She was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Jan. 23.
