Copper Thieves Strike Natick, Shoplifter Arrested With Three Children

The following information was provided by the Natick Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Friday, July 26

1:45 p.m.: A caller from JC Penney reported there was a person in the store who had been told not to enter the business any more. Anthony Jacob Horne, 26, of 126 Beaver St., Apt. 116, Framingham, was arrested and charged with trespassing.

6:00 p.m.: A loss prevention employee from JC Penney reported that they had detained four suspected shoplifters. Norma Esquivel, 32, of 161 Second St., Apt. 432, Framingham was arrested and charged with larceny over $250, conspiracy and three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a child. Arrangements were made for the three juveniles who were detained with her. Esquivel was found with $745 worth of clothing items including bathing suits, underwear, earrings and more.

8:05 p.m.: A caller from Pond Street reported copper had been stolen from a residence. Christine Gore, 42, of 119 North Main St., and John F. Glesner, 45, of 59 Upland Rd. were both arrested and charged with breaking and entering to a building to commit a misdemeanor and trespassing.

5:41 p.m.: A caller from the Monticello Motel reported a domestic assault in progress. Jose Quinones Filomeno, 25, of Comerant Pennsylvania was charged with witness intimidation and assault and battery.
