Express Employee Arrested for Store Theft

Mark Essery, 22, of Framingham, was arrested at 3:03 p.m. on April 18, on a larceny over $250 charge. Police were called to Express on Worcester Street for a report of an employee theft. According to the store, the employee allegedly stole $1,367.30 in merchandise.
Maria Antonia Pires, 44, of Somerville, was arrested at 8:13 p.m. on April 18, and charged with receiving stolen property over $250 and a default warrant from Peabody District Court on a shoplifting, third offense, charge. Police were called to Macy’s on Worcester Street for a report of a person who might have been a Massachusetts Most Wanted Suspect. Later, Pires was arrested. In March 2011, she was arrested on a warrant in Somerville, according to an online report. In March 2012, she was arrested for uttering a false prescription in Medford, according to a post on Patch. In September 2013, she was arrested on a shoplifting charge in Peabody, according to a report online.
Livingston Roy Thompson, 32, of Framingham, was arrested at 2:58 a.m. on April 19, and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to move over when approaching a stationary emergency vehicle. Thompson was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Worcester Street outside of Pet World.
