Framingham Man Arrested on Motor Vehicle Charges, Warrant in Natick

The following arrest information was supplied by the Natick Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A Framingham man is facing multiple charges after being pulled over early Wednesday morning by the Natick Police Department.

According to the Natick police log, an officer on community policing action pulled over a motorist just after 6 a.m. at the Hartford Street/Mill Street intersection.

After the officer completed an investigation, Flavio P. DaCosta, 35, of 24 Coburn St., was arrested and charged with:

  • Unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle;
  • Failure to stop/yield.
The investigation also revealed DaCosta had a warrant from Framingham District Court to face a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

DeCosta was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court later in the day.
