Framingham Man Arrested on OUI

The Natick Police Department supplied the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.

A man from Framingham is facing a slew of charges after a motor vehicle stop last week. 

Marcial Batista, 49, of Bethany Road in Framingham, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on May 26, and charged with OUI liquor, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, and two counts of failing to stop/yield. 

A sergeant, according to a police arrest report, stopped Batista on West Central Street.

In December 2012, according to a report on Framingham Patch, he was arrested on driving charges. 

In July 2010, he was arrested in Framingham on a bylaw violation, according to an online arrest report.
