Framingham Men Arrested on Driving Charges

One is charged with OUI; another, for suspension.

Natick Police during the weekend arrested two during motor vehicle stops in town.

On Saturday morning, Jose A. Perezzetino, 24, of Greenview Street in Framingham, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, failing to stop for police, and speeding. He was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on June 14, on Worcester Street near the Natick Mall.

The next day, Justin A. Averett, 27, of Fountain Street in Framingham, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations. He was arrested at 5:35 p.m. on June 15, on Hartford Street after a motor vehicle stop.

Nearly two years ago, according to a post on Patch, he was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and a warrant.
